Congo — Light Roast

Congo was known as a premier producer of specialty coffee, but civil war and political turmoil gutted the coffee industry.  In recent years, great effort has been directed at revitalizing the farms and production facilities in the country.  

This coffee is one of our nicest light roasts we have offered recently.  Sweet, balanced and easily a top contender for a go-to daily drinker.
