- baristas (Downtown Cottonwood and Cottonwood Bistro)

- cooks (Cottonwood Bistro)

- bakers (Cottonwood Bistro) hours generally 5am-7am

- roasting warehouse assistants (located downtown) - packing and shipping with opportunities to learn roasting (starting at $15/hr with quick advancement)

- wholesale sales - salary plus commission
