Mountain water processed decaf. The standard decaffeination process uses harsh chemicals that strip the coffee beans of much of their flavor. This water process decaffeination doesn't use chemicals and allows the beans to retain their unique flavor profile. This allows us, as roasters, to source high quality beans that can be great tasting and decaffeinated.
