Fellow electric kettle

Fellow is widely regarded as makers of some of the finest coffee brewing equipment for home brewers.  The Stagg EKG electric kettle is probably their flagship product.

This electric kettle has a fully controllable temperature setting, heats quickly and will hold temp for up to an hour.  It also offers bluetooth compatibility if you want to take your coffee experience to the next level.  110v

If this kettle isn't in your budget, we recommend using any electric kettle or, you know, boiling water.  Having your water at a precise temperature is really helpful, but it is pretty easy to guess and still get good results.  We do, however, strongly recommend using something with a gooseneck, so that you can properly control the pour.
